- Metro – Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart & Brisbane (all capital cities) if your order is placed by 4pm you will receive the next business day.
- Non-Metro Areas 2-5 business days.
- Regional/Rural/Remote areas – 2-7 business days.
For security reasons, you’ll need to show the same ID you used to order online when accepting your delivery from courier.
If you are not at home when your order is delivered it will be taken to Australia Post and you will have to make arrangements (at your cost) to collect it. We will leave a card with the details of where it is with details of your order number which you can track by visiting here.
If you receive an order and have any issues, please contact our customer care team on 125 8881. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address and contact details. Boost mobile will not be held responsible for items that are shipped to an address you submitted incorrectly. You will be given the opportunity to review and confirm your address on the review section of the website. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us by calling 125 8881. If your order has been dispatched before you notify us, you may be charged an additional fee for re-directing the order.
Coverage: You can access 4G on the Telstra Mobile Network in 4G areas. Telstra offers 4G in all capital CBDs and selected regional areas and 3G in other coverage areas. Outside 4G coverage areas your device will automatically switch to 3G and your speeds will be less. 4G services require a 4G compatible handset. For 4G coverage and more info see coverage.
Data: Any unused data expires unless you recharge $30+ before expiry. For $30+ recharges, unused data will then roll over and expire at the end of the next 28 day period.
UNLTD® Calls and Texts excludes calls and text to international numbers, satellite and premium numbers (eg. 19xx numbers), operator assisted calls (most 12xx numbers) and all use overseas.
