Dial 101 and follow the prompts for:
- Mail box set-up: Dial 3
- For greetings: Dial 1
- For name recordings: Dial 2
- For PIN changes: Dial 3
- For auto play status: Dial 4
- For other mail box options: Dial 5
- Help: Dial 8
2. WANNA EXTEND YOUR RINGTONE?

3. VOICEMAIL & MESSABANK
To divert your calls:
- Dial *62*101# divert to 101 when unreachable

Calling overseas?
To call overseas you will need to purchase a $15 Add-On. It includes UNLTD international calls and text to standard numbers in 10 countries and $15 of credit to for calls to other countries. Or you can use your data and VoIP services and like Skype and What’s App.
Heading overseas?
You can purchase a $5 Add-on that allows you to use your Boost Mobile when overseas.
Different call, SMS and dat rates apply when you are outside Australia.
1. SETUP FOR ANDROID
- Go to View all applications
- Tap settings
- Tap Add Account
- Select email
- Enter your log-in details
Received an error message? Contact your email provider, they should be able to help you trouble shoot.

- Open the setting App
- Scroll down to Mail, Contacts & Calendars
- Tap Add Account
- Simply pick your email provider from the list
- Enter the requested details
If your provider is not listed you’ll need to manually imput the server and login details. Your email provider should be able to help you troubleshoot.
