REFURBISHED PHONES
Our refurbished phones are shipped by our partner Alegre. All orders placed before 11am will ship the same business day and orders placed after 11am will ship the following business day. You should receive your order within the following business days.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address and contact details. Boost Mobile and its partners will not be held responsible for items that are shipped to an address you submitted incorrectly.
If you are not at home when your order is delivered it will be taken to Australia Post and you will have to make arrangements (at your cost) to collect it. We will leave a card with the details of where it is with details of your order number which you can track by visiting here.
