Call forwarding is your go-to move for redirecting incoming calls to a different number—whether you’re busy, out, or just need a break. And the best part? It’s built right into every unlimited call plan!

What’s Call Forwarding All About?

  • Call Forward All Calls (Unconditional): Instantly sends every call to your chosen number.

  • Call Forward No Answer: Forwards calls if you miss them after about 15 seconds.

  • Call Forward Unreachable: Redirects calls if your phone’s switched off or if you’re out of network range.

  • Call Forward Busy: Passes calls along when you’re already chatting on another call.

How to Set Up Call Forwarding

Option 1: Using Your Dial Pad
Most phones let you set this up directly via your dial pad. We recommend using manual codes to keep things crystal clear.

  • To Turn On Call Forwarding:

    1. Open your dial pad like you’re about to make a call.

    2. Enter:
      ****[Forwarding Code][Phone Number]10#
      Example for All Calls (Unconditional): **21_0400123456_10#

    3. Hit the call/send button.

  • To Turn Off Call Forwarding:

    1. Open your dial pad.

    2. Enter:
      ##[Forwarding Code]#
      Example for Call Forward Busy: ##67#

    3. Press the call/send button.

  • To Check Your Call Forwarding Status:

    1. Open your dial pad.

    2. Dial:
      *#[Forwarding Code]#
      Example for Call Forward No Answer: *#61#

    3. Hit call/send to see your current status.

Option 2: Using SMS (For Unconditional Call Forwarding Only)
Prefer texting? No problem—just send a message to 144.

  • Turn On Unconditional Call Forwarding:
    Text: CFU ON [phone number]
    Example: CFU ON 0400123456
    You’ll get a reply like: “CFU to ‘nominated number’ is enabled.”

  • Turn Off Unconditional Call Forwarding:
    Text: CFU OFF
    You’ll see: “CFU is disabled.”

  • Check Your Unconditional Call Forwarding Status:
    Text: CFU Status
    You’ll receive a status update (e.g., “CFU to 101 is enabled” or “CFU is disabled”).
