Our new phones and SIMs are shipped by our partner Telstra. There is currently a delay to our online deliveries, you should receive your order within the following business days:

  • Metro Areas – 2-5 business days for capital cities – Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart & Brisbane (order before 4pm).
  • Non Metro or Regional / remote areas – 3-7 business days

Refurbished Phones

Our refurbished phones are shipped by our partner Alegre. All orders placed before 11am will ship the same business day and orders placed after 11am will ship the following business day. You should receive your order within the following business days:

 

Metro Areas – 1-3 business days.

Regional / Remote Areas – 5-7 business days.

If you are not at home when your order is delivered it will be taken to Australia Post and you will have to make arrangements (at your cost) to collect it. We will leave a card with the details of where it is with details of your order number which you can track by visiting here.
