How do I bring my number to Boost Mobile?
Bringing your number to Boost is easy! Just keep your current SIM in your phone until the transfer is complete. Then, follow these steps:

Go to http://boost.com.au/activate on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Follow the prompts to activate your new Boost Prepaid SIM.

Choose ‘Keep existing number’ when you get to the ‘Your SIM details’ page.
💡 Important:

The details you enter must exactly match what’s on file with your current provider, including your name and date of birth.

Number transfers can take up to one business day (most are much faster).

You can keep using your current service until the transfer is complete.
How will I know when my number has moved to Boost?
You'll know your number has been successfully transferred when:
✔️ Your old SIM stops working.
✔️ You receive an SMS or email from us confirming the transfer.
Once that happens, pop your new Boost SIM into your phone, and you're good to go!

We get it—you’re keen to get started! Here’s when you can expect your Boost SIM to arrive:
📍 Metro areas: Next business day if you order before 2pm AEST (Monday–Friday). Orders after 2pm take one extra day.
📍 Non-metro areas: 3–4 business days.
