Prepaid SIM cards connect your phone to a 4G, or 5G network. With prepaid you pay for your services upfront so you exactly what you're spending and you're never faced with a nasty bill at the end of the billing period.

How do I set up my prepaid SIM card?

You can set up your prepaid SIM card by activating online. Setting up your prepaid SIM card with Boost is easy. Simply head to activate and follow the prompts.

Does a prepaid SIM come with a phone number?

Yes, it does. However, you don't have to use it! If you'd like to keep your number simply select 'keep existing number' when activating your SIM. You do not need to contact your previous provider. We’ll sort that out with them.

Please keep your old SIM in your phone until you’ve completed the activation form, as you’ll be sent an SMS to verify you have access to the phone number that is being transferred.
