Set, forget and claim bonus data
If you turn on auto recharge, you could be eligible for our bonus data offer. You can get bonus data on up to 6 auto recharges that happen by 19 April 2027, however, you must;
- Have a new plan activated between 11 August and 2 November 2026 (inclusive)
- Select our $28 plan
The earlier you turn on auto recharge, the more bonus data you'll be awarded. For example, if you turn on auto recharge as soon as you activate, you'll be eligible to get bonus data on up to 6 auto recharges until 19 April 2027.
Even if you switch on auto recharge later, you'll still be eligible to receive bonus data on up to 6 auto recharges that occur on or before 19 April 2027, as long as auto recharge is enabled at least 48 hours before your current recharge expires.

How to turn on Auto Recharge

Select your service
In My Boost Mobile App, select the service you'd like to set up auto recharge on. Ensure it has a current active recharge.

Choose your amount
Select your chosen auto recharge amount and we'll automatically charge you and top up your service when all your recharges expire.

Set up and go
Select or add a payment method and follow the prompts.
Frequently Asked Questions
If you decide to turn off auto recharge, you will lose the offer and no longer receive bonus data, even if you turn auto recharge back on.
If your auto recharge payment fails, you'll need to manually recharge to get your service working again. This means you'll miss out on your auto recharge bonus data for that recharge (because it will be manual). However, the bonus data offer will resume when your next auto recharge goes through.
If you change to an ineligible recharge amount, you will no longer be eligible.
If you decide you would like to switch back to a $28 plan, your remaining auto recharge bonus data will kick back in (until 19 April 2027).
To be eligible for our auto recharge bonus data offer, you'll need to be on a $28 Plan.
Only services activated between 11 August and 11:59pm on 2 November 2026 are eligible for the offer.
Services without auto recharge set up on a $28 plan are also ineligible for the offer.
If your current recharge includes data rollover, any unused data will automatically roll over to your next recharge, as long as you recharge before expiry.
If you’re using a $2 SIM kit, you can qualify for the offer by applying a $28 28-Day recharge on Activation.
If you're using a physical SIM, only the $28 SIM Kit is eligible for this offer. Activations on any other SIM Kit are not eligible.
If you're using an eSIM, you can qualify for the offer by recharging with a $28 28-Day Plan.

Unlimited Calls and Texts includes national calls and text (SMS & MMS) to standard national numbers. Excludes calls and texts (inc. MMS) to international numbers, and premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers), operator assisted calls (most 12xx numbers), diverted calls and all use overseas. Includes unlimited calls to domestic satellite numbers. Our FairPlay policy (PDF 227 KB) applies.
UNLTD International calls includes calls from Australia to standard numbers in the selected countries. 300/1200/3600 mins includes calls to standard international numbers from Australia. 300/1200/3600 texts include standard texts (SMS & MMS) to eligible countries. Both exclude premium services and video calls. Includes 5 mins of calls to international satellite numbers.
