• The competition period commences at 14:00pm AEDT on 05/06/2024 and ends at 10:00am AEDT on 13/10/2024 (“competition period”), and the Promoter reserves the right to extend the competition end date at any time (subject to regulatory approval, if required).
• Complete the competition online entry form on the Boost Mobile website (https://supercars.partnership-hub.com/boostpole) and complete all required fields - providing Boost Mobile with personal details, including: First Name / Last Name / Email Address / Phone Number / Postcode/ A valid username. Entrants will then need to accept the Terms and Conditions, Boost Mobile and Supercars’s Privacy Policy in order to enter the competition. 
• The competition will be advertised on the Supercars and Boost Mobile website, Boost Mobile Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, Boost Mobile email, across promotional marketing, and partnership channels, and through brand ambassadors and will include a link or instructions to the competition page. 
• No late entries will be accepted. Only one entry is valid per person per round.

To be eligible to enter you must reside in Australia. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years old, you must have parental/guardian approval to enter, and your parents/guardians must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this competition.

Employees and the immediate families of BOOST MOBILE, Supercars, and agencies association with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, child, sibling, or parent.

• To enter the competition, you must submit an online entry by providing your full name, email address, age, postcode & filling out the competition questions and accept these Terms and Conditions where required on the competition landing page at https://supercars.partnership-hub.com/boostpole during the competition period.
• No late entries will be accepted.
• A limit of one entry to the competition per round (weekend race) per person applies.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including producing documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion, acted in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner; done anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition, breached any law or behaved in a way that is otherwise inappropriate. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

• No part of a prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.
• If the prizes are not available for any reason, BOOST MOBILE reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the winners agree in writing and subject to any written directions from any applicable regulatory authority. If the winners do not agree despite reasonable attempts by BOOST MOBILE to reach an agreement and the prize is not available due to circumstances beyond BOOST MOBILE control, BOOST MOBILE may substitute the prize with another item or items determined by BOOST MOBILE to be of equal or higher value.
• BOOST MOBILE will take reasonable steps to distribute the prize to the winners within 7 days of the draw.

• One (1) major winner will be determined by the total points accrued over the season, as displayed on the Pole Predictor Leaderboard under the participant's email address/Unique username.
• The point are calculated as follows:

REASON FOR POINTS

• For placing a vote per race round - POINTS: 1000
• For correctly guessing the lap time - POINTS: 1000
• For guessing the driver who ranked 1 in the relevant race POINTS: 500
• For guessing the driver who ranked 2 in the relevant race - POINTS: 200
• For guessing the driver who ranked 3 in the relevant race - POINTS: 100

You can score more points based on how close the lap prediction was to the driver’s fastest lap time.

• More than 2 seconds (2000 milliseconds) between your lap prediction and the Fastest lap time will score 0 points.
• The score is based on the distance between your lap prediction and the pole driver’s fastest lap time — then multiplied by the score multiplier for lap time difference.
• For instance: with  250 milliseconds off lap time, you would score 875 points:
• o 2000 - 250 = 1750
• o 1750 x 0.5 = 875
• In the case of wet tyres being used during the qualifying session, all lap timing predictions are deemed invalid, and no points will be awarded for that race.
• In the case of a red flag, or if a qualifying session is ended prematurely with more than 5 minutes remaining, all lap timing predictions are deemed invalid, and no points will be awarded for that race. - POINTS: 1000

Each entrant receives one thousand (1,000) bonus points added to their score, linked to their username on the leaderboard, if they completed the survey.
