Can an eSIM be damaged?

It's unlikely. Unlike a removable physical SIM card, eSIM components are built into your phone. Physical damage is rare and less common than damage to a physical SIM.

If your service has stopped working, try restoring your eSIM profile in the My Boost Mobile App.

To do this, jump onto the My Boost Mobile app, tap the service you want to switch, scroll down to the bottom and tap ‘Transfer or restore eSIM’. From here, simply follow the prompts throughout the restore flow.
