How long will it take to receive my online order?

Our new phones and SIMs are shipped by our partner Telstra. If you place your order on a business day, your item will usually be dispatched within 24 hours. Once dispatched, you should receive your order within the following business days:

  • Metro Areas – 2-5 business days for capital cities – Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart & Brisbane (order before 4pm).
  • Non Metro or Regional / remote areas – 3-7 business days

    For security reasons, you’ll need to show the same ID you used to order online when accepting your delivery from the courier.

    If you are not at home when your order is delivered it will be taken to Australia Post and you will have to make arrangements (at your cost) to collect it. A  card will be left with details of where your order is and your order number, which you can track by visiting here.

    If you receive an order and have any issues, please Message us. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address and contact details. Boost mobile will not be held responsible for items that are shipped to an address you submitted incorrectly. You will be given the opportunity to review and confirm your address on the review section of the website. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us. If your order has been dispatched before you notify us, you may be charged an additional fee for re-directing the order.
